The Aastra 6753i (A1753-0131-10-01) is a SIP based phone that offers compatibility with many open phone standards systems. The Aastra 6753i offers four programmable keys for shortcuts to various lines and other desired functions. The Aastra 53i has a built in 3 line display that indicates to the user various information such as caller ID. A 10/100 Ethernet switch has been built into the phone so the Aastra 6753i can share a network drop with the user's computer.

The Aastra 6753i is an Asterisk PBX compatible phone. The Aastra phone can be powered via an optional power adapter or through the use of a PoE Switch / adapter.
